WHICH CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY GOODS?

MY PACKAGE JUST GOT RETURNED, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

When a package is returned, shipping fees will be incurred, for the shipping and return of mail back to the sender. A shipping invoice will be sent to customers and will only be refunded for the cost of goods only.

I GAVE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we won’t take responsibility for shipping costs. A new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid for. False claims of a missing package would not be honored. When returned, the products would be shipped to the correct address.

CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We do not accept returns.

We endeavor to package items as securely as possible. Please report any damages to order@moodbeautyonline.com by sending us the following:

  • Item(s) affected and the damage that has occurred.
  • Attach images of the damaged item(s) as this will help our customer service team resolve this for you without delay. If your parcel contains broken glass, please do not handle the goods for your own safety.
  • All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.

Please note that we are not responsible for in-transit damage. You will be required to submit a damage claim directly with Royal Mail or USPS and follow their instructions.
